I provide a safe, nurturing space where you can turn down the volume of the outside world and reconnect with yourself — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Here, you can release tension, gain clarity, and access new dimensions of the life you truly want.

As a self-employed mum, I understand the pressures of juggling multiple responsibilities and how easily your energy can be drained. That all-important “me time” can feel elusive in our busy modern world, which is why carving out intentional time to rejuvenate is such a gift we can give ourselves.

With a background in counselling and social work, I hold space for people going through challenging times and life transitions with empathy, grounding, and calm. I approach every client as the unique individual you are, collaborating with you to provide a session that best meets your needs on the day.
Some days, that might mean a deep tissue massage to release tension or aid recovery from injury. Other times, gentle energy and emotional work may be more appropriate. Whatever your needs, I take a holistic approach — caring for your mind, body, and spirit.
