Service Description

With over 10 years experience my massage incorporates a number of modalities and techniques developed over time including Swedish Massage, deep tissue, myofascial release and lymphatic drainage. Aromatherapy is my passion and essential oils are incorporated in every massage whether it is a relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage or a combination. The techniques I use and the oils I blend together for the massage are tailored to each individual according to their physical, emotional and mental requirements on any given day. Please note that if you have specific allergies or sensitivities essential oils do not have to be used in your treatment. All essential oils used are 100% pure therapeutic grade aromatherapy oils.
