Juniperus Communis

Scent description: Juniper essential oil has an earthy, somewhat pungent, herbaceous, pine-like aroma. It blends well with cypress, clary sage, and lavandin.

Uses: Juniper can be used to treat the pain and inflammation associated with arthritis and rheumatism, varicose veins and hemorrhoids. It can be used for coughs, acne, ulcers and urinary infections.

Precautions: Juniper may cause skin irritation. Do not use juniper essential oil if you are pregnant.
