Syzygium Aromaticum

Scent description: Clove essential oil has a sweet-spicy, yet strong and hot aroma with a slight fruitiness. It blends well with cinnamon, citronella, grapefruit, peppermint, nutmeg, lemon, orange and rose.

Uses: Clove is a potent antiseptic and can be used to relieve nausea, bronchitis, diarrhea and toothaches. Clove essential oil gives heat to a liniment helping to relieve sore muscles and arthritic pain. Sniffing the spicy aroma of clove essential oil reduces drowsiness, irritability and headaches

Precautions: Clove essential oil can cause extreme skin irritation. Clove should not be used during pregnancy.
