Elettaria Cardamomum
Scent description: Cardamom essential oil has a warm, sweet and spicy scent. It blends well with coriander, geranium, juniper berry, lemon and myrtle.
Uses: Cardamom can be used to aid digestion, ease coughs and relieve muscle spasms. It’s also a bacteria fighter and can relieve swelling and irritation that results from inflammation. Cardamom essential oil can improve concentration and reduce drowsiness and irritability.
Precautions: May cause skin irritation. Be sure to dilute.
